Apple brand is special. Apple has many “fans” and “haters”, leaving almost no one indifferent. It produces great products and services, solidly backs Apple’s famous “it just works” and “available now” reputation. Company takes calculated risks and brings many technology innovations we take for granted later.
This time Apple’s support team proved it’s ability to deliver the best customer support service by winning the first annual #TwitterAwards in #CUSTOMER category.
This is very impressing, as the Apple support channel on twitter @AppleSupport was registered not a long time ago, just in June 2015, and Apple officially started to promote it in March 2016. In such relatively short period of time @AppleSupport got ahead of many other support accounts, acquiring more than 150 000 retweets and likes and was leading for average engagement. The fact that it has more than 550 000 followers speaks for itself!
Probably using Twitter’s new customer support features for businesses helped Apple support in it’s achievement.
